We have three types of data forms where we will request your data. i) General contact form - by completing this form you agree and give consent to your personal data being transferred to The Green Group for general enquiries. If we can help you with your enquiry we will be in correspondence and we will keep your data to correspond with you. ii) Careers forms - We have multiple recruitment campaigns on our careers page. By submitting your personal data, you agree to sending personal information in order to apply for a role. Your data is send to our office and will be used to arrange an interview. Any unsuccessful submissions will be deleted from our system immediately. iii) Marketing newsletter - If you submit your email to us for marketing information, you are agreeing to share your personal information for marketing purposes. You have the full rights to opt out of this service at any time and your records will be deleted. We use a third party system - Mail-chimp for Email marketing.
  4. When you submit a general form or careers enquiry, please note this website does not store any of that data. It is sent securely to the Green Group Internal systems on a secure network
  5. You have the right to request any data you submit through the website at any time. Please contact our office during working hours to request this
  6. If you want your data removing from our systems, please contact us and request this.
IP adresses and cookies
